Pastoral Support Services

Clinical Supervision

Essential in counselling practice, supervision has also been proven to be helpful to many people who work in the helping professions including teachers. Teachers with safeguarding or pastoral duties for example may be prone to taking worries home with them and therefore at risk of burnout. Supervision allows them a space away from their management where they can discuss cases, get advice and reflect upon how they are doing. Supervision can be held 1-1 or in small groups of up to 8 people useful for boarding house staff for example.

Counselling

Teaching is one of the most stressful professions in the world, add into this living away from your passport country and things can sometimes feel overwhelming. If any of your staff or students need 1-1 support Aylssa and her team can offer online counselling where they can explore how they are feeling and ways to cope. All members of the team are experienced in supporting staff and students within international schools and globally mobile families. We are also able to offer virtual school counselling services to schools without a counsellor. Please get in touch.
