I highly recommend Aylssa Cowell to train staff. She trained me in SRE when we worked together at Jerudong International School in Brunei. It was one of the most meaningful PD I’ve ever had, almost akin to teambuilding. It also taught me how to both be sensitive to cultural differences among international students without being condescending or assuming what students know or don’t know.
